Do you have creative style and a keen eye for fashion? Do you dream of working in the fashion, clothing and textiles industry? Our Certificate III in Applied Fashion Design and Technology will equip you with skills, knowledge and industry contacts to help launch your career in fashion.
You will learn what it is like to be part of the exciting fashion design process of creating a concept and seeing it through to completion.
Learn new skills and improve your ability to design and sketch garment ranges and assemble them using current industry quality methods used by Australian Fashion Designers.

Early exit points:

Depending on your choice of electives, you may be eligible to receive a Certificate 1 in Textiles Clothing and Footwear and/or a Certificate 2 in Applied Fashion Design and Technology.

Career opportunities:

If you complete the Certificate 3, you will have the skills and knowledge to become a junior in the fashion industry. The course will also help you make an informed decision about pursuing further training for a career in the industry.
